IIM Ahmedabad
MBA. A new way to look at businesses.
Hello, I’m
Chief of Staff to the CEO
HighRadius
I build businesses.
And the systems
that make them work.
Engineering in Japan. Building businesses in the Middle East. Now, enterprise AI in Houston. There’s a thread running through it all.
Let’s rewindA much
bigger world.
I went to a government school in West Bengal. The fees were ₹250 a year.
When I got into IIT Kharagpur, I became the first student in my school’s 107-year history to make it to an IIT.
The first big opening.
Plenty more to come.
After IIT, I moved to Nagasaki to work as an engineer at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
My career began with engineering. The years that followed would take me much further into the business of how things get built, sold, and run.
One place. Then another.
Always something new to figure out.
I returned to India for an MBA at IIM Ahmedabad. Then came AB InBev, followed by OYO in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The work shifted from engineering to operations, market expansion, and building teams.
MBA. A new way to look at businesses.
Program management and the work of getting things done at scale.
Market building in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. A 52-person organization.

At Fashinza, I built the enterprise business across EMEA—connecting buyers, suppliers, teams, and delivery.
A business only works when those pieces work together. That is the kind of problem I keep coming back to.

Direct reports
Bookings describe orders placed; delivered GMV describes the value actually delivered.
A venture of my own didn’t work out. The next chapter kept moving.
At Traya, I opened the first store end to end and wrote the playbook for the channel.
Then I went back to the classroom: an MS in Finance at SMU, completed in 2025. Engineering, operations, and now a deeper financial lens.
Now the opening scene makes a little more sense.
Today, I’m Chief of Staff to the CEO at HighRadius, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and enterprise AI.
The thread through my career is taking unfamiliar problems and turning them into something that works. A new market. A business. A store. A system.
“The difficult last mile between AI capability and an enterprise workflow customers will trust, adopt, and pay for.”
That’s where my attention is now.
Strategy & operations.
Business building. Finance. Enterprise AI.
